SAFAR FLYER FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM
Under the name Safar Flyer, The Royal Air Maroc offers loyal customers an attractive bonus program. Registration can be made at the travel agency or at airline representatives. New members receive 3,000 miles as a welcome gift. The company grants a further bonus of more than 1,000 miles for online registration. The amount of collected miles is determined by the flight distance, the flight class and the qualification level achieved. Miles can also be collected on flights with the Iberia and Etihad partner airlines. In addition, additional miles are spent on the service use of partner companies such as hotel and car rental bookings. Safar Flyer offers bonuses such as freedays, class revaluations and the payment of over-baggage.
Three levels for maximum comfort
Members of the "Blue" status receive discounts on booking hotels or car rentals at all airline partners. From 20,000 collected status miles or 15 creditable flights, the level "Silver" applies. The collected flight miles are rewarded with a bonus of 50%. Members are given access to the check-in desk of the business class as well as the airport lounges in Morocco and are allowed to take more baggage. With 30 flights or the collection of 35,000 status miles, members reach the benefits of the "Gold" level and the collective bonus increases to 100%. In addition to the privileges of the other ranks, Gold members receive a reservation guarantee in Economy Class, access to airport alons, additional free baggage and a privilege for baggage delivery at Safar Flyer.
|Travel Class||Booking Class||Mile earned|
* Miles are not earned in class without luggage.
Anyone traveling with Royal Air Maroc should pay attention to baggage claims. Each passenger may carry up to 10 kg of hand luggage on board. For this purpose, a laptop can be taken into the passenger cabin. The total size of the luggage must not exceed 115 cm.
The baggage allowance, which can be given at the check-in counter or online on the Royal Air Maroc website, depends on the type of ticket you purchase. Therefore it is not possible to determine exactly how much you can take with you and how much you have to pay for the baggage that exceeds the free baggage limit. Depending on the connection and booking class, different charges are charged, sometimes even none. As a rule, a minimum of € 55 per bag is required, as long as it exceeds the baggage allowance.
