Check-in start time
Starting from 24 hours before the flight and continues until 3 hours prior the scheduled flight.

Those who join the frequent flyer program Fidelys will receive a welcome gift in the amount of several hundred miles as well as a transparent mileage collection system. If you enter your e-mail address, you will get more miles. These can be collected afterwards on flights with Tunisair or partner airlines. The amount of the mileage bonus depends on the flight distance or the destination. In certain tariff classes - for example in Business Class - the mileage is doubled (by up to 200 percent).

Redeem miles and fly for free

How many miles in the Fidelys program are required to travel for free is also dependent on the destinations. While for a flight from Tunisia to Algeria or vice versa already 5,000 miles are enough to fly for free, a journey to Bahrain is 25,000 miles.

Carry-on baggage

Flight passengers of the Business Class are allowed to carry two pieces of hand luggage and an accessory on board. Passengers in Economy Class are allowed to carry a piece of hand luggage and an accessory. The maximum height of the baggage must not exceed 115 cm. In business class, a total of 10 kg and in economy class 8 kg is permitted. The luggage should be easy to stow away.

Checked baggage

The free baggage depends on the booking class and the flight connection. For Business Class passengers, they are allowed to carry one piece of luggage more than the Economy Class passengers. The size of the baggage must not exceed 158 cm. Below is a detailed table about baggage allowance.
