The amount of hand luggage that the passengers of Rossija Airlines can take on board depends on the class of travel that was booked. In economy class, only one piece of luggage can be taken into the cabin, Which do not exceed the dimensions of 55x40x20 centimeters and can not weigh more than eight kilograms at the same time. In Business Class, on the other hand, two pieces of luggage may be carried, which have the same maximum outer dimensions, but may weigh a total of ten kilograms.
In order not to have any problems when checking in a Rossija Airlines flight, the provisions for the checked baggage should be adhered to. These vary greatly depending on route. In any case, the sum of the outer edges of the individual luggage may not exceed 203 centimeters in both economy and business class. Likewise, the number of checked-on items is not limited as long as they do not exceed the weight limit. This is between 15 and 40 kilograms depending on the type of travel and the route, so you should be informed before the flight. Failure to do so may result in delicate penalties for the excess baggage.
For particularly bulky items of luggage, which can not be given up without further ado, Rossija Airlines has certain regulations which should be requested in advance. In principle, for example, musical instruments, sports equipment, wheelchairs, weapons, animals or also delicate art objects can be transported if these fulfill certain conditions.
