Qatar Airways Food & Beverage

Already in the economy, Qatar Airways is pursuing the requirement to respond to special requests registered in good time. The list of ways to respond to individual needs is unusually long. Starting with religious peculiarities such as Hindu, Muslim and Jainism, a variety of vegetarian options are also offered. Baby and children’s dishes are provided at Qatar Airways as well as diabetic food, gluten-free or low-salt food and diet dishes. Here, the airline seems to be trying hard to provide its passengers with individual care – so it is worthwhile to express your wishes online before departure. For flight times over six hours, two meals are included in the price and of course alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

You can already order in Business Class when it suits you and are no longer dependent on prescribed meal times. The sample menus include sushi, Arabic mezze and Wagyu beef sukiyaki alongside fish specialties and a cheese platter or sweet desserts. From champagne to spirits, drinks are served – and enjoyed from real glasses.

One wants to reach the five-star level, is also said in the first class at Qatar Airways. Appetizer caviar, Asian dishes such as soba noodle soup and azuki green tea ice cream or classic fusilli pasta with morel cream sauce are offered à la carte. For breakfast, Qatar Airways not only serves the European version, but also the typical Japanese option with seaweed omelette and tuna with ginger salad. In First Class, you decide at Qatar Airways whether you want champagne, a cocktail or a beer, green tea or coffee specialties.

In the higher booking classes in particular, great attention is paid to catering by the Arab airlines – Qatar Airways is no exception.
