Europe's leading frequent flyer program offers numerous advantages

Miles & More is considered to be the most widely used frequenting program in Europe. The reason for this lies in the numerous advantages that one has by membership. Overall, the program offers four categories that lead to membership. These include Miles-and-More participants, Frequent Traveler, Senator and Hon-Circle members. The special feature of the program is that you as a Hon-Circle member must collect a total of 600,000 miles in two consecutive calendar years. As a standard member of Miles and More, you only have to collect a flight mile to become a member.

Carry-on baggage

The hand baggage regulations of LOT are extremely simple. If you are flying in Business Class, you can carry a total of two pieces of luggage on board. In economy class only one hand luggage is allowed. The size of the hand luggage must not exceed 118 cm in both transport classes. The total weight of the hand luggage in Business Class is two times a maximum of nine and in Economy Class at once a maximum of eight kilograms. In addition, a laptop bag including notebook or a handbag or a briefcase can also be taken into the cabin.

Checked baggage

Baggage to be given to the cargo area should not exceed 158cm size. Children under the age of 2 are entitled to 1 piece of 23kg baggage except for promotional class tickets. On LOT Polish Airlines, baggage rights vary according to flight class and destination. Baggage that exceeds the limit is charged at check-in as a piece or size.
