Fiji Link was founded in 1980 as Sunflower Airlines and has been offering cheap flights to twelve exciting destinations ever since. The regional airline was later called Sun Air. After Sun Air was sold to its current parent company Fiji Airways, the domestic airline ran under the name Air Pacific and began with a fleet of eight aircraft. In November 2013, the parent company changed the airline’s name to Fiji Link. As of June 2014, Fiji Link started its own flights to the Fiji Islands.
The frequent flyer program Tabua Club, developed by Air Pacific and taken over by Fiji Airways, also applies to flights with the airline Fiji Link. After registering, which can preferably also be done online, the member is granted various benefits. These range from additional baggage allowance and upgrades to special discounts.
Fiji Link is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the international Fiji Airways.
Nadi International Airport (NAN / NFFN)
Just like the parent company Fiji Airways, Fiji Link also differentiates between Business Class and Economy Class tickets. The desired flight can conveniently be booked online by going to the Fiji Airways website.
The airline offers daily flights between the main airports in the Fiji Islands; these include, for example, Nadi-Labas, Nadi-Suva and Nadi-Savusavu. There are five flights a week between Nadi and Kadavu. The airline’s planes operate twice a week between Suva and Taveuni, Taveuni and Savusavu, and Suva and Savusavu.

To check in at the airport, check the closing times of the check-in counter on the Fiji Link website. If you are not at the airport in time, you will not be able to board the plane and you will lose all your rights on the purchased flight ticket.
Economy Class passengers can take one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg and maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 23 cm in the cabin. Business Class passengers are restricted to two pieces of luggage measuring 56 x 45 x 25 cm. In addition, each passenger can carry a personal item such as a laptop or a handbag.
A free baggage allowance of 23 kg applies to passengers in Economy Class. The pieces of luggage must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 158 cm. For business class passengers, the weight limit is 40 kg.
If you want to transport weapons with Fiji Link, you must register this in advance. The weapons themselves can be checked in as luggage. The ammunition must always be transported as cargo.
