About Cebu Pacific
Founded on August 26, 1988, the company Cebu Pacific started its activities in March 1996. After only 4 years, it achieved a 48.2% market share with continuous growth. International flights started five years later, on November 22, 2001. For two years, their number did not stop to grow and in 2006, the company launched a direct Cebu / Hong Kong flight and then launched a direct Cebu / Singapore flight a month later. At the same time, the airline achieved a market share of 51.6% in 2010 in the field of freight transport due to its lively freight traffic.
In 2012, flights to Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok were also offered by Cebu Pacific. The company serves 26 international destinations, mainly in Asia and Oceania. One of the airlines banned from flying to European Union countries in 2011, it has since left this list.With a fleet of 75 aircraft, the company has never ceased to acquire the most modern devices since its creation. Recently, in 2019, it received its first Airbus A321neo. Cebu Pacific is also recognized as one of the founding members of the Value Alliance, an alliance of six low-cost airlines to date.

Cebu Pacific Classes of Service
In fact, since the airline is a low cost airline, there is only one reservation class; Economy class. Go Basic, Go Easy and Go Flexi are sub-breakouts of this.

Cebu Pacific Check-in
At Cebu Pacific, passengers can check in at the counter, at the machine and online.
Cebu Pacific enables online check-in 72 hours to four hours for international flights and up to two hours before departure for domestic flights.

For domestic flights, the airport counters open two hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure. For international flights, the airline recommends being at the airport at least three hours before departure. If you want to avoid long queues at the counter, you can use the self-check-in machine.
Cebu Pacific Baggage Allowance
One piece of hand baggage is allowed per passenger. On flights with Airbus, this must not be larger than 56 x 36 x 23 cm and not more than 7 kg. Luggage of up to 56 x 35 x 20 cm in size is allowed on ATR flights. (Only 5 kg hand luggage is permitted for flights from the Philippine regional airport Caticlan Airport.) Additional items such as a handbag, a camera, a laptop, a jacket or similar are also permitted on board.
When booking, the amount of baggage allowance can be specified, there are four levels. With the classification Small up to 15 kg can be given, with Standard up to 20 kg and with Large up to 30 kg. A maximum of 40 kg of luggage (Large Plus) can be carried, whereby a bag may not weigh more than 30 kg. (A maximum weight of only 20 kg applies to flights with ATR machines.) A buggy can also be checked in when traveling with small children.
The amount of sporting goods to be carried, such as a bicycle, fishing or diving equipment or surfboards, can also be specified when booking. Discounted fees for additional luggage are then available. A maximum of 40 kg of sports baggage can be carried per passenger. Canoes, kayaks, windsurfing equipment and oxygen cylinders are not transported. More information can be found on the airline website.

Cebu Pacific Seat Selection
Cebu Pacific allocates its seats free of charge as part of the check-in. If you want to reserve a seat in advance, you can choose a standard seat up to five days before departure. The prices vary depending on the flight length and type of seat. On domestic flights, a standard seat costs 10 euros, a standard plus seat 15 euros and a preferred seat 20 euros. For short international flights, travelers pay 15 euros for a standard seat, 20 euros for a plus seat and 25 euros for a preferred seat. Anyone flying from or to Dubai has to pay 15 euros for a standard seat, 25 euros for a plus seat and 45 euros for a preferred seat.
Cebu Pacific Knee Distance
Because of the airlines who want to reduce the cost of flying more passengers, knee distance is very important especially on long haul flights. The front seats and emergency exit seats are the seats with the highest knee distance. It is generally sold for a fee.

You can order up to two types of food for domestic flights in the Philippines or short-haul flights. For long-haul flights, you can order up to four types of food.
