About Berjaya Air
The Malay airline Berjaya Air was founded with headquarters in Kuala Lumpur under the name Pacific Air Charter on August 15, 1989, it is a subsidiary of the conglomerate Berjaya Group, which is also the owner of the same. In addition to Berjaya Air, it also owns a large number of hotels in London, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka as well as on the Seychelles and the Philippines.
Berjaya Air is increasingly emerging as one of the first and best airlines in the country. It owes this in particular to its good reputation in terms of its special versatility and the high level of attention that it pays to both the extensive service and the good comfort.
Berjaya Air Hub Airports
Subang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Havaalanı (SZB / WMSA)
It only serves national and continental destinations from its base airport, Kuala Lumpur Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah. Flights within Malaysia regularly connect the islands of Langkawi, Pangkor, Penang, Redang and Tioman with the capital Kuala Lumpur. Furthermore, two Thai destinations, i.e. the city of Singapore and the island of Koh Samui, are served by the Berjaya Air from Kuala Lumpur Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport. The airline also operates the routes from the Malay islands of Redang Island and Tioman Island to the Thai metropolis of Singapore. Another connection is via Pengkalan Chepa Airport to Kota Bharu.
Berjaya Air Check-in
Online and mobile check-in is not possible with the airline. It is currently not known whether Uzbekistan Airways is expanding the check-in options. For more information, see the airline’s website.
To check in at the airport, check the closing times of the check-in counter on the Berjaya Air website. If you are not at the airport in time, you will not be able to board the plane and you will lose all your rights on the purchased flight ticket.
Berjaya Air Baggage Allowance
Every passenger is allowed to take one piece of hand luggage on board, which must not be larger than 56 x 36 x 23 centimeters and not heavier than five kilograms. There is an exception in Dash 7 aircraft, in which the piece of hand luggage may weigh a maximum of three kilograms.
Every passenger, regardless of cabin class, can check in ten kilograms of baggage free of charge on Berjaya Air flights. Exceptions are flights to and from Hua Hin, on which 15 kilograms of luggage can be checked in per passenger, as well as flights from or to Langkawi / Penang, on which up to 20 kilograms of luggage can be checked in per passenger.
The airline does not provide any information regarding the transport of other pieces of luggage.
