AZERBAIJAN AIRLINES FLIGHTS
Azerbaijan airlines are known as AZAL. Established in 1992, the airline is a flag carrier. The center is Baku and is used as a hub of Hyderabad Aliyev International Airport. In 2016, more than 2 million passengers were carried.
The airline is flying to the domestic routes ; Ganja, Lankaran, Nakhchivan, Qabala, Zaqatala.
On the international routes; It is flying to Austria, Belarus, China, Czech Republic, France, Georgia, Germany, Iran, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates (BAE), England and USA.

AZAL MILES FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM
The name of the Azerbaijani Airlines loyalty program is Azal Miles. Depending on the destination you fly, your mileage varies. Azal miles has 4 membership classes. Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum. For silver membership you need 5,000 per year, 10,000 for gold membership and 20,000 miles for platinum membership.

According to your membership status, you can collect more miles. You will earn 25% in Silver membership, 100% in Gold membership and 200% more in Platinum membership. You can use your Miles to bonus airline tickets. You also have extra baggage and priority check-in advantages.
On flights with Azerbaijan Airlines, two hand luggage items with a total weight of 15 kilograms may be carried in business class. In Economy Class, a maximum of eight kilograms of baggage may be carried on board. In addition, passengers are allowed to carry a personal item such as a handbag, a laptop or a camera. The hand luggage must not be larger than 55 x 20 x 40 cm.
Business Class passengers are allowed to leave a maximum of 23 kilos of luggage for a maximum of 32 kilograms and Economy Class passengers. The sum of the three outer dimensions of a piece of luggage shall not be more than 158 centimeters. Note: Between Baku and Istanbul and between Ganja and St. Petersburg the following weight limits apply: 20 kilograms in economy class and 40 kilograms in business class.
A ski or golf equipment or a bicycle are transported free of charge regardless of their size and weight in addition to the free baggage. All other types of sports baggage must be transported within the free baggage limit, otherwise fees will be charged. For musical instruments that are not heavier than 75 kilos, it is possible to reserve an additional seat. The participation of sports baggage should always be registered before the flight with the airline and confirmed by it.
